As the Program Manager – Business Development & Marketing, you will be pivotal in managing and driving the execution of strategic marketing programs across multiple channels. Working closely with cross-functional teams—such as product management, sales, design, and external partners—you will ensure that all marketing initiatives align with the company’s broader goals. This role requires strong leadership, exceptional organizational skills, and a solid understanding of the security technology industry.
Responsibilities:
- Program Leadership: Oversee the planning, execution, and successful delivery of strategic marketing programs, ensuring they support and align with the company’s business objectives.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with teams from product management, sales, engineering, and design to create and implement cohesive marketing campaigns.
- Stakeholder Communication: Act as the main point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders, providing timely updates on project status, risks, and timelines.
- Project Management: Manage the full lifecycle of marketing projects, including timelines, budgets, resources, and risk management. Leverage project management tools to ensure smooth execution and track progress.
- Market Research & Analysis: Conduct research and gather market intelligence, customer insights, and competitive data to guide marketing strategies and decision-making.
- Content & Campaign Development: Collaborate with content creators and designers to produce high-impact marketing materials, such as digital campaigns, product brochures, presentations, and other promotional assets.
- Performance Tracking: Define and track KPIs for each marketing initiative, measure performance, and generate reports to assess success and identify areas for improvement.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of marketing operations.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred)
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in program or project management, preferably in a marketing or technology environment (experience in the security or defense industry is a plus).
- Expertise: Strong knowledge of marketing strategies, digital marketing channels, and integrated campaigns.
- Project Management: Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results within tight deadlines.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Tools: Proficiency with project management software (e.g., Jira, Asana, Trello) and marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce).
- Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
- Autonomy & Collaboration: Ability to work independently while also thriving in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment.
Preferred:
- B2B Marketing Experience: Familiarity with enterprise-level sales cycles and B2B marketing strategies.
- Industry Background: Experience in the security, defense, or technology sectors.
- Agile Methodology: Familiarity with agile project management principles and practices.
- Language Skills: Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus.
