How you’ll spend your day
Production Planning:
Create firmed 3-month production plans in SAP.
Ensure material availability.
Inventory & Quality Management:
Manage raw material and bulk inventory; prevent OOS.
Monitor API expiry, manage re-testing, and support destruction.
Ensure materials comply with CEP/DMF and approved suppliers, considering lead times.
Reserve materials for customers.
Coordination & Analysis:
Liaise with Supply Service, Scheduling, and Planner Buyers.
Serve as the Supply Chain quality contact.
Support bridging stock discussions and provide data (lead times, stock coverage).
Maintain planning data accuracy; analyze inventory.
Compliance & Improvement:
Document/investigate deviations, report to QA, and suggest/implement preventive actions.
Ensure compliance with cGMP, SOPs, Health & Safety.
Propose and implement continuous improvements
Data analysis in the field of inventory management.
Your experience and qualifications
University degree in Business Administration/Economics or similar;
Professional experience in Planning department and data analysis
Experience in working with strict deadlines with high attention to details;
Excellent communication skills in an international environment;
Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office, SAP and BI;
Customer orientation Strong multi-tasking capabilities; ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects concurrently;
Strong oral and written communication skills in English.
