We're building an algorithmic loyalty platform for mobile gamers. We empower gamers with a new way to discover games, connect with their friends, and earn fantastic rewards- all powered by data and machine learning.
We’re forming the core of our applied data science team and are looking for engineers who want to own high-impact systems end-to-end, from modeling to production. Your work will directly influence revenue, user experience, and platform integrity.
With hundreds of thousands of active users and rapid growth, this is a chance to build foundational ML systems at scale.
What you will do
Work with rich, high-volume behavioral data from millions of play sessions across the entire mobile gaming industry.
Design and deploy real time models for marketplace matching, dynamic pricing, personalized recommendations, fraud detection, and game economy simulation.
Work in a highly agentic R&D organizations.
Requirements:
What you will need
5+ years of software engineering experience.
3+ years of hands-on ML engineering or data science experience.
Expertise in agentic R&D (Claude Code or similar).
Strong foundation in ML and statistics.
A bias toward shipping, iterating, and taking ownership in a fast-moving environment.
