Reporting To: General Counsel Location: Petah-Tikva, Israel (Hybrid model) Direct Employment What You’ll Do Various Sales and Marketing global contracts review, drafting and negotiating. Provide practical, business-oriented legal advice and recommendations to sales and marketing professionals and other stakeholders on numerous legal and business issues. Work in a global environment with various departments, on a variety of legal contracts including NDAs, partnership, marketing, sales and licensing agreements. Create and maintain standard templates, business processes and internal policies to help scale the business. Requirements: What We’re Looking For LLB degree. 4+ years of experience (after internship) as an associate in one of the leading law firms in Israel- and in a relevant department (i.e. commercial). Excellent negotiation, drafting and communication skills. Excellent English. The candidate is required to be able to negotiate and draft legal documents using professional English. High degree of professional ethics and integrity. Ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple matters and conflicting priorities.
