Sunflower Sustainable Investments is a publicly traded renewable energy company specializing in the development, acquisition, financing, and operation of utility-scale solar PV and battery energy storage system (BESS) projects across Israel and Europe.

We are seeking a bright, driven Legal Counsel to join our in-house legal team. Reporting directly to the Chief Legal Officer, you will play an active role supporting a broad range of corporate, commercial, regulatory, and transactional matters across our domestic and global operations. This position offers exceptional hands-on exposure to clean energy infrastructure, corporate governance, and complex commercial agreements.

• Commercial & Operational Support: Assist in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating various commercial contracts, vendor agreements, and operational legal documents.
• Corporate Governance & Compliance: Support corporate secretarial duties, board meeting preparations, periodic reporting, and securities law compliance for a public company.
• Transactions & Project Finance: Participate in legal due diligence, transaction execution, and project financing frameworks for renewable energy and storage assets.
• Legal Research & Regulatory Analysis: Perform legal research on evolving energy regulations, corporate governance standards, and commercial law issues.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with internal business development, finance, and engineering teams, as well as external legal advisers.

• Legal Education: LL.B. degree from a recognized university and active admission to the Israeli Bar.
• Experience: 1–3 years of post-qualification legal experience from a leading law firm or relevant in-house legal team.
• Domain Knowledge: Professional familiarity or foundational exposure in at least one of the following areas:
• Commercial Law & Contracts
• Renewable Energy / Infrastructure / Project Finance
• Securities Law & Public Company Compliance
• Languages: Professional fluency in both Hebrew and English (written and spoken) is required for managing international transactions and local corporate reporting.
• Skills & Mindset: Strong analytical capabilities, keen attention to detail, a proactive work ethic, and the eagerness to learn within a fast-moving sector.
