• Develop and execute marketing partnership strategies that align with Wix's goals and marketing objectives

• Identify and forge partnerships with brands, organizations, and individuals whose values and audience resonate with Wix's brand image and target market

• Build and nurture strong relationships with partners, acting as the main point of contact and providing ongoing support

• Collaborate with partners to create engaging and authentic content and campaigns that highlight Wix's products and services

• Monitor partnership campaign performance and analyze data to measure key performance indicators (KPIs) and effectiveness. 

• Utilize data-driven insights to make informed decisions and optimize partnership strategies for maximum impact and success

• Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging marketing techniques to maintain a competitive edge

• Work closely with the marketing team to integrate partnership initiatives into broader marketing campaigns

• Negotiate contracts and manage budgets for marketing partnerships to ensure

At Wix, we believe our best work happens together. Our work model is fully in person, with 5 days a week from our office. Flexibility remains a core value at Wix and special requests are handled thoughtfully at the team level.

• 1-3 years experience in digital marketing or a related role with a focus on partnerships and collaborative marketing

• Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English

• Vast knowledge of marketing platforms, partnership trends, and industry best practices

• Strong organizational and project management skills, ensuring seamless execution of campaigns

• A creative thinker, able to ideate unique and impactful marketing campaigns

• Self-motivated and results-driven, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to foster authentic relationships
