As a Software Engineer - Team Lead, you'll play a key role in building and evolving the core platform for a new AI-powered insights product. You’ll lead a team of developers while driving architectural decisions and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless user experiences. In your day-to-day, you will:

• Lead a team of developers, both backend and frontend execution and monitoring

• Build and evolve the core platform for a new AI-powered insights product

• Own the end-to-end lifecycle of fullstack features - from design and implementation to deployment and monitoring

• Drive architectural decisions and contribute to technical direction for distributed systems and event-driven workflows

• Collaborate closely with client and AI teams to ensure high performance, reliability, and seamless user experiences

• 3-4 years of experience as a team lead

• Experience with microservices, REST/gRPC APIs, and data processing pipelines

• Strong problem-solving skills, code quality discipline, and attention to scalability and performance

• Experience with AI or LLM-driven products - an advantage

• Fluent in spoken and written English
