As a Compensation Intelligence Analyst, you'll play a key role in translating data into actionable insights, building predictive models, and developing tools to support strategic compensation decisions. You’ll also help streamline processes and ensure our compensation practices remain competitive. In your day-to-day, you will: 

• Translate complex data into clear, business-focused recommendations 

• Build predictive models for risk assessment, attrition, and workforce cost planning 

• Develop simulations and forecasting tools to empower managers and HR to independently analyze and make compensation decisions 

• Identify and implement AI and automation solutions to streamline compensation processes 

• Support the preparation of Compensation Committee materials with accurate, timely, and strategic analysis 

• Track and benchmark equity practices in the market to inform leadership and governance discussions

• 3-6 years of experience in designing, implementing, and managing compensation or related fields (e.g., stock market, taxation) 

• Knowledge of compensation methodologies, salary structures, job evaluation techniques, and market analysis 

• Advanced analytical mind with unfailing attention to detail, and proficiency in Excel (R and Python are an advantage) 

• Comfortable with participating in strategic and long-term planning while handling day-to-day responsibilities 

• Problem-solving and organizational skills with the ability to collaborate with both global and local teams 

• A team player who is passionate about people and numbers, an outside-the-box thinker with multitasking abilities 

• Ability to embrace change, navigate uncertainty, and deliver creative solutions that drive strategy
