In a typical year, the Briefing Center team handles over 300 visits. To create additional visit opportunities, we have recently opened the possibility for companies to visit Check Point in London, New York and Singapore. Working in this team is fast-paced and we are always working on critically important visits that will have a big impact. We are looking for a new person in the team to assist with managing these visits.

Key Responsibilities
Working with Check Point teams around the world to plan and manage Executive Briefings in Israel, London, New York and Singapore.
Understanding and defining visit goals and objectives.
Managing all visit logistics, including booking speakers, meeting rooms, accommodation, entertainment, etc.
Ensuring visits are executed with excellence.
Qualifications
1 -2 years of relevant Administrative / Marketing assistant experience
Fluent English, with strong verbal and written communication
Confident, and willing to work with teams all over the world
Independent problem solver
Strong task executor, gets things done with attention to detail
