Customer Success Representative

The Customer Success team combines sales and support to drive growth, retention, and renewals. They manage renewals, provide basic support, and onboard new customers. They handle renewals, negotiate, generate upsell/cross-sell opportunities, and manage new customer sales and support.

The Customer Success Representative focuses on contract renewals, upselling, and resolving customer service issues. This role maintains existing customer relationships and builds new ones, measured by customer retention and support satisfaction.

*Requirements:*
* Bachelor’s degree in business or related field, or equivalent 3 years in CS experience.
* A curiosity to learn our customers’ business problems and use cases.
* Exceptional attention to detail with strong organizational and prioritization skills.
* The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Considerable interpersonal skills are mandatory, including the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with others.
* Fluent English.
