Job Location:

Migdal HaEmek is located in the northern part of Israel.

The factory in Migdal Ha'emek was established in 1996 and has about 300 employees, most of them produce capacitors that are embedded in various industries: Automotive, Telecom, Computers, Medical, Military, etc.

Vishay Migdal HaEmek provides its employees with support, a variety of tools for personal growth and a wide range of opportunities and advanced career within the company.

Vishay is a stable and solid company which has served as home and family to thousands of its employees for many years.

What you will be doing:

• To support the human resources department in a unit with approximately 300 employees.

• To follow-up of trainings, issuing letters of appointment.

• To recruit candidates for production, managing the work relations with placement companies, sorting resumes, conducting interviews.

• To handle corporate publications, bulletin board, birthdays and corporate application.

• To participation in welfare projects and other fields.

What you will bring along:

Bachelor’s degree student in the field of social sciences - mandatory.

A commitment to at least three days a week, during semester holidays, prepared for additional working days - mandatory.

Office software - mandatory at a high level.

English language: reading, writing at a good level.

Previous experience in the field - an advantage.
