Help Desk Technician

We are currently seeking a Help Desk Technician to join our dynamic team. *This role is fully onsite* Providing technical support , resolving their technical issues promptly and effectively. Perform capacity planning, performance monitoring, and troubleshooting of virtualized environments to ensure optimal performance and resource utilization. Work closely with R&D users to understand their business needs, support them, propose appropriate solutions, and deliver projects within scope, budget, and timeline. Provide support and day to day tasks to the entire company employee. Proven experience (2+ years) in tech support role, specializing in virtualization. Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with virtualization technologies, such as VMware. Familiarity with server hardware, including rack-mount and blade servers. Knowledge of operating systems, including Ubuntu, MacOS, Windows. Proven experience as an Active Directory Administrator in a large enterprise environment. Familiarity with networking concepts, protocols, and services, including TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, VPN, RADIUS. Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams.
