כרפרנט/ית משאבי אנוש בחברתMKS , תהיה/י חלק מקבוצת משאבי אנוש ותעסוק/י בתחומים שונים, כגון: רווחה, הדרכה, תקשורת פנים ארגונית, פרוייקטי משאבי אנוש, רכש, עבודה מול עובדים ומנהלים בחברה וקשר עם מקבילים בחברת האם.

חברת MKS הינה חברת אלקטרוניקה גלובלית, המספקת שירותים הכוללים פתרונות הגנה והרכבה למעגלים עבור מוליכים למחצה ומערכות אלקטרוניות, ומבטיחה עמידה בתקנים בינלאומיים ובקרת איכות ברמה גבוהה. בתפקיד זה תדווח/י למנהלת משאבי אנוש.

במסגרת התפקיד תהיה/י אחראי/ת על:

פעילויות של מיתוג מעסיק והתנדבות בקהילה
ניתוח נתונים עדכון נתונים ועריכת דוחות
ארגון פעילויות רווחה: ימי גיבוש, אירועי חברה ועוד
אחריות עם פעילויות הדרכה והעשרה
עבודה מול ממשקים שונים
טיפול בנושאי הפרט ושימור עובדים

מיומנויות נדרשות לתפקיד:

סטודנט/ית למשאבי אנוש - חובה
יכולת עבודה עצמאית וכחלק מצוות
יחסי אנוש מעולים
יכולות אנליטיות
שליטה ביישומי Office: Word, Power Point, Excel ויכולת עבודה בסביבה ממוחשבת
יכולת ביטוי טובה מאוד בעברית ובאנגלית

ניסיון בהדרכה והובלה - יתרון

דרישות פיזיות ותנאי עבודה:

עבודה במשרה חלקית, כ-30 שעות שבועיות, עם גמישות בימי העבודה
תחילת עבודה 1/1/2025
המשרה ממוקמת ברחובות – הגעה עצמאית.
