Product Analyst

About The Position

Percepto specializes in autonomous inspection and monitoring solutions, utilizing robotics, including its own drone-in-a-box product line. Percepto is the most deployed drone in a box platform in the world and our product provides value to the biggest companies in the O&G, T&D and heavy industrial companies.

As a Product Analyst, you will work within Percepto's Product Operation department, which supports all departments by extracting, analyzing, and presenting data (from cloud systems, sensors, and various databases) that supports ongoing improvements of the product.

Responsibilities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, R&D, support, and commercial, to provide data-driven insights that facilitate prompt and accurate decision-making.
Oversee and manage various data projects, both ongoing and ad hoc.
Develop insightful and user-friendly dashboards that effectively identify causal factors.
Create automated reports to support team requirements.
Perform customer analysis, encompassing behavior, trends, usage patterns, and other relevant metrics.
Requirements
Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Product/Data Analyst
Proficiency in Python - Required
SQL - Required
Experience working with BI tools
Knowledge of Amplitude
Knowledge and in depth understanding of DB
Proven ability to multitask, manage multiple projects, and learn quickly.
Enthusiasm for problem solving, executing initiatives and attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively elicit information and solve problems
Experience with HW analytics - Preferred
Fluent English - Required
