Mobile User Acquisition Manager

We're looking for a User Acquisition Manager who lives and breathes performance marketing. If you love scaling mobile app growth through data, testing, and optimization, and enjoy making every dollar work harder, we'd love to meet you. You'll own paid acquisition campaigns across Google App Campaigns, Apple Search Ads, and leading ad networks, partnering closely with creative teams to continuously test, learn, and scale. If you've managed mobile app campaigns in gaming, subscription apps, fintech, or other performance-driven environments, you'll feel right at home. Responsibilities: Own end-to-end user acquisition campaigns across Google App Campaigns (UAC), Apple Search Ads, and ad networks Manage media buying across budgets, bidding strategies, targeting, and campaign structure while optimizing toward CPA, ROAS, LTV, and scale Continuously analyze performance, uncover insights, and identify new growth opportunities Partner closely with designers and creative teams to develop, test, and optimize high-performing static and video creatives Design and execute structured A/B tests across creatives, audiences, keywords, and messaging Expand acquisition through new geographies, channels, audience segments, and keyword strategies Deliver clear performance reporting and actionable recommendations to stakeholders Maintain exceptional campaign quality, accuracy, and operational excellence You're analytical, highly organized, and naturally curious about what drives performance. You enjoy solving complex growth challenges, take ownership from strategy through execution, and thrive in fast-paced environments where testing and iteration are part of everyday work. Requirements 2+ years of hands-on experience in User Acquisition, Performance Marketing, or Mobile Media Buying Proven experience managing Google App Campaigns (UAC) and/or Apple Search Ads Strong understanding of mobile performance marketing metrics including CPA, CPI, ROAS, LTV, retention, and incrementality Experience working with AppsFlyer, Adjust, Singular, or similar MMP platforms Experience collaborating with creative teams and optimizing static and video assets through data-driven testing Strong analytical skills with Excel/Google Sheets; experience with Looker, Tableau, or other BI tools is an advantage Excellent communication skills with a proactive, ownership-driven mindset Bonus: Experience scaling subscription or consumer mobile apps App Store Optimization (ASO) experience Hands-on experience with Meta, TikTok, or additional paid acquisition channels Experience working with high-budget mobile acquisition campaigns Background in mobile gaming or other data-intensive consumer apps
