UX Writer

Description

Deloitte Digital is growing and we are looking for a talented UX Writer. The UX Writer is responsible for writing, editing, and shaping the texts that accompany the user experience in digital products (websites, applications, internal systems, and more). The role involves close collaboration with design, development, and product teams to ensure that all messaging is clear, accessible, consistent, and aligned with the brand’s values.

As part of your job:

Writing and editing user interface copy (buttons, error messages, explanations, forms, menus, and more)
Developing and maintaining a consistent tone of voice for the product
Collaborating with designers, product managers, and developers throughout the design and specification process
Conducting user research and understanding the needs of the target audience
Participating in usability testing and adapting content based on user feedback
Ensuring content is accessible and clear
Requirements

Position Requirements:

Excellent English proficiency – must (working with US-based clients)
Excellent writing and editing skills in both Hebrew and English
Previous experience in UX writing or similar roles (content writing, copywriting, digital marketing)
Familiarity with UX/UI design principles
Ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team in Israel and abroad
Attention to detail and creative thinking
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Proficiency in Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and G-Suite (Google Docs, Sheets, Slides)

Advantages:

Proficiency in working with design tools such as Figma
Experience working with content management systems (CMS)
Ability to build presentations and deliver them
Understanding of digital accessibility
Bachelor's degree or Certification in a related field
