We are seeking an experienced IT Manager to join our technology operations and infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in enterprise IT management, cloud services, and security solutions. This role requires hands-on technical expertise combined with skills to manage our IT environment and support business objectives.

Responsibilities:

Oversee and maintain enterprise IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, cloud services, user identity management, and backup/disaster recovery procedures
Firewall & VPN: Administer security solutions, monitor network security, respond to incidents, and maintain compliance with industry standards
User Support & Administration: Manage Google Workspace, Office 365, Active Directory, and JumpCloud environments while providing technical leadership to IT staff and end users
Technical Operations: Install, configure, and debug operating systems including Windows and macOS for end-user devices
Equipment & Inventory Management: Maintain office equipment, manage IT inventory, and oversee hardware lifecycle management
Strategic Planning: Develop IT policies, execute technology upgrades, manage IT budget and vendor relationships, and evaluate new technologies
Requirements:
2+ years of experience in an IT Manager role or similar position
Proven track record of managing enterprise IT environments

Technical Skills:

JumpCloud: Directory-as-a-Service administration and device management-Mandatory
Google Workspace: Administration, user management, and security configuration-Mandatory
Active Directory: Domain services, group policies, and user administration-Mandatory
VPN: Firewall configuration, VPN setup, and endpoint security management (FortiNet experience preferred)-Mandatory
Office 365: Administration, Exchange Online, SharePoint, and Microsoft Teams management-Mandatory
LastPass: Password management administration and enterprise deployment-Mandatory
Zluri or similar SaaS management platforms for application lifecycle management-Advantage
GoDaddy domain and hosting management experience-Advantage

Additional Requirements:

Strong communication and customer service skills
Excellent computer skills and familiarity with macOS and Windows operating systems
Experience managing and maintaining office equipment and IT assets
Solid understanding of networking protocols, security principles, and cloud environments
Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment
