HR Operations Specialist – Tel Aviv, Israel

We are looking for an HR Operations Specialist to support employee data management and day-to-day HR operations.
Responsibilities:

Enter and update employee information in Oracle HRIS, including new hires, terminations, and salary changes.
Perform weekly data audits and maintain accurate employee records.
Support onboarding, background checks, and new-hire documentation.
Assist with HR projects and records retention.

Requirements:

0–3 years of relevant HR/HR Operations experience.
Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
Experience with Excel and MS Word.
Oracle HRIS/data-entry experience preferred.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Contract
Pay: 9,000.00₪ - 12,000.00₪ per month
