We are looking for an exceptional Account Manager to join our growing team.
This is not a traditional account management role. As an Account Manager at Artlist, you will act as a strategic advisor to some of the world’s most innovative creative teams, brands, agencies, and AI-first organizations using our AI ecosystem's generative AI video, image, music, voice over to scale content production and creative workflows.
You will own a portfolio of high-value AI clients and be responsible for driving adoption, engagement, retention, and expansion across our ecosystem. Your mission is to help clients unlock meaningful business and creative outputs using AI, from onboarding and workflow optimization to long-term strategic client development.
You will work closely with Creative Directors, Marketing Leaders, Producers, Social Media teams, and Innovation stakeholders to deeply understand their goals, monitor platform usage and consumption patterns, identify growth opportunities, and proactively guide them toward success.
This role combines relationship management, strategic consulting, creative thinking, operational excellence, and commercial ownership. You are not simply responsible for renewals, you are responsible for helping shape how modern creative teams adopt AI at scale, operating at the intersection of AI, creativity, and business strategy while partnering with some of the most forward-thinking brands in the industry.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
Drive account expansion through upsell opportunities, increased adoption, and deeper product integration
Own and manage a book of business focused on AI-powered creative partners
Lead onboarding and adoption processes for new enterprise clients and strategic accounts
Build trusted long-term relationships with key stakeholders across creative, marketing, production, and innovation teams
Conduct proactive monthly business reviews and strategic check-ins
Monitor client consumption, engagement, and adoption trends on a daily basis
Identify risks, growth opportunities, and workflow optimization opportunities through data-driven analysis
Help clients achieve creative and operational goals using our AI ecosystem
Serve as a strategic consultant on AI workflows, creative production processes, and platform best practices
Partner cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Legal, Support, Marketing, and Content teams to advocate for client needs
Act as the voice of the customer internally while helping shape future product and go-to-market strategy

Requirements:
5+ years of experience in Account Management, Strategic Partnerships, SaaS, or a related client-facing role
Proven track record of driving retention, growth, adoption, and long-term customer success
Experience managing strategic or enterprise-level relationships
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret consumption data, identify trends, and drive action
Exceptional communication and presentation skills
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities in a fast-paced environment
Commercial acumen with the ability to identify expansion opportunities organically
Strong organizational and project management capabilities
Experience working with creative teams, marketing organizations, agencies, or AI products — a major advantage
Familiarity with AI tools, creative production workflows, or SaaS platforms — a strong advantage
Fluent in English
