Qualitest is growing and we are looking for our next Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) Technical Support Specialist to join our team in Hod HaSharon!

Qualitest’s Pharma-Medical department is looking for a Technical Support Specialist to manage and support automated marketing processes within Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) and digital content management through Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).

The role will focus on operating systems within the Pharma-Medical sector, specializing in SFMC and AEM, to ensure smooth and efficient digital marketing operations.

Responsibilities

Provide technical support for SFMC and AEM systems.
Manage and optimize automated marketing processes within SFMC.
Handle digital content management using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure the successful execution of digital campaigns.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to SFMC and AEM.
Stay updated on new features and best practices for both platforms.

Requirements

Familiarity with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) and Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
Strong business acumen and the ability to understand and align with marketing goals.
Ability to learn independently and quickly adapt to new tools and technologies.
A keen marketing sense with a good eye for design.
High proficiency in English (mandatory).
Technological orientation with the ability to troubleshoot and support digital systems.
