Change Management - Temporary Position

The Change Management team is growing and looking for an organizational consultant to take part in the implementation of significant changes within the firm.

What you will do:

Understanding the future organizational landscape following the implementation of changes in the firm
Diagnosing and mapping expected changes in various aspects
Identifying organizational challenges and developing strategies to address them
Developing specific and creative solutions for change management
Working closely with project managers and various stakeholders within the firm
Formulating communication and training plans and implementing them

Your skills & experience:

A master's degree in organizational consulting, organizational sociology, or a similar field – an advantage
Analytical ability and a broad perspective
Excellent interpersonal communication skills
Ability to drive and lead projects and interfaces
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
High verbal and written expression skills, a creative approach, and excellent ability to convey visual messages through creating presentations and other tools
