An SDR with Juno Journey:
The SDR is an essential part of Juno Journey’s growth team. As an SDR, you will be responsible for relaying the value of our product whilst generating and qualifying the leads that feed the sales machine.
Every SDR has its own style of presenting the Juno story and we believe that diversity is what gives our team its strength. As our team grows, so do our people and we offer plenty of chances to take responsibility and lead - whether it is other team members or projects and experiences that can make us all better.
Job Description / Responsibilities:
Drive awareness through regular email campaigns, targeted calls, and discovery meetings
Map out target accounts and identify the best approaches to initiate contact with relevant stakeholders within the organization
Lead qualification meetings with clients to identify relevance for potential partnerships
Communicate Juno Journey’s solutions, technology, and features to prospective customers whilst understanding their requirements
Develop and build close long-term relationships with prospects and customers until they convert to qualified opportunities
Stay informed about new products, services, and other general information of interest to customers, through successful completion of training and self-study
Convert qualified leads into scheduled product demos with your Account Executives
Continuous improvement and optimization of the workflow.
Requirements:
We are looking for someone with:
2-5 years experience in Sales or as Sales Development Representative
Fluent English speaker
Customer-facing experience with strong written verbal communication skills
Prior experience cold calling and generating new leads
Used to a fast-paced (start-up) environment and know how to juggle multiple tasks
Have a clear understanding of the sales cycle
Independent, highly organized, strong self-discipline
