HRBP – IL (ML replacement)

We are looking for a HR Business Partner to help shape and support the Aitech employee experience in our IL site. This role will drive business outcomes, champion culture, and play an integral part in the development of our team.

This position is a temporary position for at least 9 months replacement on maternity leave. In this role you will be responsible for providing HR support varying from strategic human resources activities to tactical day-to-day human resources support.

The HRBP is expected to assist the business unit to achieve its goals by bringing added value through HR & organizational development to the management team and managers

· HRBP is expected to lead the employee’s life cycle in the organization from hire to retire, including recruiting, onboarding, legal aspects, compensation, welfare activities, track headcount, health, engagement, policies, reports, etc.

· Actively engage in operational and strategic business planning activities, providing proactive human resources solutions

· Provide effective coaching on a wide variety of HR related topics to all levels of management.

· Ability to build strong relationships and maintain a “pulse” of the organization.

· Proactively identifying organizational needs and offering HR solutions to help advance organizational and employee success.

· Lead organizational development activities to develop and enhance current people’s capabilities, focused on helping the business growth

· Responsible to all areas including employee performance, development and succession planning, and annual compensation review.

· Implementation of Key strategic HR Processes, policies, procedures, systems and unit’s initiatives

· Build strong partnerships with the HR team to roll out wide programs and ensure business needs are understood and met.

· Lead talent management program end to end.

· Part of HR Team

· Drive Engagement focus with managers for positive business performance and achievement of Best Place to Work standards.

· Total accountability to all HR needs in the site

Requirements:

· At least 4 years of experience as an HR business partner.

· Proven track record for effectively developing and deploying creative HR strategies that align with the business strategy and contribute to overall growth and profitability

· Strong consultation skills, including the ability to challenge and influence senior leaders.

· Excellent judgment and conflict management skills.

· Excellent human relations

· Ability to influence at all levels.

· Excellent ability to communicate in both - English and Hebrew, writing and verbally.

· Strong organization and project management skills, comprehensive tact, and discretion.

· Organizational development skills

· Delivery & process-oriented

· Experience in - a must , R&D department as a major advantage

· Education - Bachelor’s degree – Must. MBA/MA - advantage

· Experience in leading Talent Equitation processes.

· Experience in the field of Employee Experience - an advantage

· Experience with Bob and Comeet – advantage
