Payroll Accountant - Maternity Leave Replacement (6 months)

We are looking for an experienced payroll accountant to overview daily payroll operations in our company.
What will your job look like:
Provide professional support to employees regarding salary, social benefits, and employment-related matters
Perform monthly payroll calculations, including payments, deductions, and statutory contributions
Responsible for processing payroll data, reviewing timesheets and attendance records
Maintain ongoing communication with government authorities (Tax Authority, National Insurance Institute, etc.)
Submit monthly reports to the relevant authorities and follow up on related issues
Handle employee offboarding processes, including preparation of termination forms (e.g., Form 161)
Monitor employee entitlements such as sick leave, vacation days, convalescence pay, and maternity
All you need is:
Valid payroll accountant certification.
At least two years םכ experience as a payroll accountant.
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel – required.
Knowledge of labor laws.
High level of English – speaking, reading, writing, and typing – advantage.
Knowledge of Hilan software – advantage
Team player, well-mannered, and detail-oriented .
