Full Stack Team Lead

A B2B SaaS cybersecurity startup is seeking a passionate and hands-on Full Stack Manager to join our core R&D team and shape the company's revolutionary platform.

You’ll lead efforts to design, build, and maintain the cloud-based platform. From early architecture and prototyping to production and continuous delivery, you’ll take part in every stage of development, ensuring high standards and seamless functionality.

Responsibilities:

Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of full-stack engineers, driving collaboration and ownership.
Technical Expertise: Design and develop Scytale’s cloud platform using Node.js, React, AWS, microservices, and CI/CD.
Architecture & Design: Contribute to architecture, design, and technological research for scalability and robustness.
End-to-End Responsibility: Own implementation of core logic, frontend, infrastructure, tests, and automation.
Collaboration: Work with teams, customers, and stakeholders to execute the product roadmap.
Mentorship: Guide developers to promote professionalism, accountability, and a "get things done" mentality.
Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement changes to improve software efficiency, scalability, and maintainabilit
Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills and a self-driven approach.
Industry Awareness: Stay updated with the latest technologies and trends.

Requirements:

Experience:

3+ years as a team leader in a SaaS company
7+ years in backend development
4+ years hands-on experience with Node.js
2+ years hands-on experience with React.js
Experience with containerization & microservices (Docker,
Kubernetes) in production
4+ years working with both relational and NoSQL databases
Hands-on experience with AWS

Skills & Traits:

Self-driven, motivated, and able to work independently while
being communicative and collaborative
Strong English proficiency (verbal & written)
Ability to mentor junior developers and provide technical leadership
Proven ability to architect and develop scalable, reliable, and maintainable software systems
Strong understanding of software design principles and patterns

Bonus Points:

Experience developing enterprise IT SaaS products
Experience integrating with enterprise platforms (e.g., JIRA, Monday, HubSpot, Active Directory, NetSuite, Priority, etc.)
BSc in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
