Computer Lab Support Engineer

We are seeking a talented individual to join our Software team as a Lab support engineer. This role requires expertise in IT and lab support, as well as proficiency in developing automation solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background coupled with a proactive mindset to drive efficiency and reliability across our systems and processes.
What will your job look like:
Provide technical support for IT infrastructure, including servers, and developer’s workstations.
Manage software installations, configurations, and updates to support internal stakeholders.
Configure, deploy, and maintain hardware setups within laboratory environments.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand hardware requirements and provide technical support for lab infrastructure.
Troubleshoot hardware related issues.
All you need is:
Computer practical engineer with experience in labs environment
Experience in IT , building and maintaining setups.
Advanced Linux user, experienced with Linux installations and network communication.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Cooperative and service oriented with a “can do" attitude.
Experience with configuration management tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible) - Advantage.
