We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Technical Recruiter to join our HR team. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a collaborative and dynamic team, drive end-to-end hiring processes, and directly impact the company’s growth.

Requirements:

At least 3 years experience as a recruiter or sourcer in a global Hi-tech company, leading the recruitment processes.
Proven success in leading end-to-end technical recruitment processes.
Strong sourcing skills and knowledge of relevant tools, platforms, and networks.
Proficiency in HR interviews and assessing technical roles/skills.
Experience working with ATS (e.g., Spark-Hire Recruit, Greenhouse, Workday).
Data-driven and KPI-oriented mindset.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills in English.
Creative and proactive mindset.
Clear understanding of technical terms and roles within the hi-tech industry
Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field

Responsibilities:

Own and lead full-cycle recruitment processes for a variety of technical and ‘go to market’ roles.
Partner with hiring managers (locally and globally) to define hiring needs and deliver the best talent solutions.
Design and execute sourcing strategies, leveraging diverse tools and channels.
Manage candidate experience end-to-end, ensuring timely communication and a positive journey.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline and candidate database.
Analyze recruitment data and KPIs to continuously improve processes.
Support and contribute to employer branding initiatives.
