About the role

As a Demand Planning Manager, you’ll play a critical role in driving accurate demand forecasts and aligning cross-functional teams to ensure optimal supply chain performance. This role serves as a strategic partner to Sales, Marketing, Production Planning, and Customer Service, ensuring business objectives are met through data-driven planning and collaboration.

Your responsibilities
Manage and mentor demand and supply forecasting team members to maintain high KPI performance in areas such as forecast accuracy, inventory levels, and customer service
Own and lead the S&OP (Sales and Operations Planning) process, reporting key insights and recommendations to senior management
Manage and maintain demand forecasts across all product lines using tools such as SAP, Kinaxis, Power BI
Managing financial and supply KPIs, including budget oversight for FI, WHS, and EMB
Lead the creation and management of enterprise-wide consensus forecasts at the SKU level for assigned brands and business units
Analyse consumer behaviour, trade promotions, run rates, seasonality, and market trends in collaboration with Sales and Marketing teams
Utilize demand planning software and root cause analysis to recommend corrective actions, manage obsolescence, and drive continuous improvement
Facilitate monthly demand planning meetings with Trade Marketing and Marketing teams to align forecasts and business strategies
Act as the senior liaison for all supply-related matters, ensuring seamless communication between departments
Oversee the transition of EPDs (End of Product Development) and ensure timely launches of NPDs (New Product Development)
Responsible for standard costing calculations of imported finished goods
Manage supply losses, including factory write-offs, and oversee obsolescence and broker sales
The experience we're looking for
Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. A master’s degree is an advantage
Minimum 5 years of experience in demand planning, supply chain, or forecasting roles within a global organization
Systems Knowledge: SAP, Kinaxis, Power BI Advanced Excel skill required, experience with BI tools
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with experience in data modelling, forecasting techniques, and variance analysis
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage direct reports, experience in mentoring and developing talent.
Fluent in English and Hebrew
