We’re looking for a UX Writer to help shape a cohesive and compelling narrative across our products. In this role, you’ll be responsible for crafting a clear, concise, and engaging microcopy that enhances the user experience, making complex processes feel simple and intuitive. You’ll collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and marketers to ensure that our product communication is functional and aligned with our brand voice.

What You’ll Do:

Write clear and concise user-interface content, ensuring usability and clarity.
Define and maintain consistent terminology across features and products.
Work with product managers, designers, and marketers to develop a cohesive brand language within our product.
Apply brand voice and messaging to all UX writing, including microscopy and customer-facing communication.
Develop and maintain a UX writing style guide, ensuring tone, terminology, and messaging consistency.
Advocate for UX writing best practices and educate stakeholders on the importance of content strategy in product development.
Use Figma to collaborate with designers and edit copy directly within product designs

Requirements:

3+ years of experience as a UX writer, preferably in B2B or enterprise products.
Deep understanding of UX principles and how content and design work together.
Strong ability to translate technical and financial concepts into clear, user-friendly language.
Experience working closely with Product Design teams, with a hands-on approach in Figma.
Comfortable managing multiple projects and deadlines independently.
Prior experience in fintech or financial products is a plus but not required.
