Akamai is a leader in the Application & API Security market. Be a part of a team working on products that keep customer applications, APIs, and users safe from cybersecurity threats. You'll work closely with engineering, product, and program teams to support the delivery of innovative API Security roadmap items.

Role overview:

We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Program Manager to join our team. You'll support the day-to-day operations of our internal tools, vendor processes, and office/workspace logistics. Acting as a liaison to ensure teams have the systems, resources, and support they need.

In this role you will be:

Supporting internal SaaS tools users, including helping with account creation, license & permission management.
Acting as a single point of contact across functions for onboarding and migrating tools.
Acting as a liaison between business teams, Procurement, and Accounts Payable to track contract renewals, invoice statuses, and licenses.
Assisting with purchase requests and invoice approvals.
Bridging the business and IT teams to handle laptop setup, device distribution, support tracking, and issue escalation.
Assisting with general office logistics and operations, as needed, including workspace planning and seating arrangements.

Have a Bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience in business, operations, or project support roles
Be a self-starter with attention to detail
Be a solid team player and collaborator
Have time management and organization skills; Manage multiple tasks and requests at once
Have problem-solving skills
Be a good communicator (both verbally and in writing) who can communicate with different types of stakeholders
Be comfortable learning new tools and systems
