Community Manager - Philippines

We're looking for a Manager of the Philippines' Neema community to join us in our journey!

Using cutting edge technologies and our global financial network, we provide our customers, individuals or businesses, advanced services including: multi-currency account, international Visa card and real-time cross border payments, with expertise in hard to reach destinations.

A community leader at Neema builds brand awareness and increases customer loyalty. People in this role work closely with their colleagues in the marketing & Growth departments to create strategic social media content schedules, analyze insights and metrics, and engage with people in the community.

Responsibilities and Duties:

Build and Enhance Customer Relationships
Prepare and Execute Monthly Event Plans
Engage with the Community
Respond promptly to community inquiries and feedback, addressing key issues and maintaining positive relationships with members and leaders.

Requirements:

High proficiency in English both verbal and written- a Must!
Native Tagalog speaker.
Legally eligible to work in Israel
Sales ability and Customer service orientation.
Good level of technological and digital products understanding.
Communication skills (storytelling) at a high level
Excellent organization and planning skills
Experience with social media, content creating and event planning- an advantage!
Ability for a long-term commitment.
