Sales Manager

DESCRIPTIONWe are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to join the CRM Division within abra’s Microsoft activity.This role focuses on leading complex sales processes of CRM-based projects and solutions on the integrator side, working with enterprise clients and driving business growth.The position requires strong business acumen, excellent presentation skills, and the ability to manage end-to-end sales cycles while collaborating with multiple internal and external stakeholders.Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage end-to-end sales processes for complex CRM and project-based solutionsDrive sales activities within Microsoft-based CRM solutions (e.g., Dynamics 365)Prepare and respond to tenders (RFPs), including commercial and technical proposalsConduct negotiations and close deals with enterprise clientsDeliver compelling presentations and tailored solutions to customersWork closely with internal teams (pre-sales, delivery, technical teams, and management)Build and maintain long-term client relationshipsIdentify new business opportunities and expand existing accountsREQUIREMENTSAt least 2 years of experience selling project-based solutions on the integrator sideExperience in CRM solutions sales, preferably within Microsoft ecosystem (Dynamics 365 – advantage)Proven experience responding to tenders and RFP documentsStrong presentation and communication skillsExcellent interpersonal skills – a true people personAssertiveness and strong negotiation abilitiesHighly organized, with the ability to manage multiple processes simultaneouslyStrong business acumen
