As a Supply Chain Manager (Fixed Term), you will be the key liaison between Haleon supply chain and its internal and external customers, driving supply chain excellence, optimizing service levels, and fostering collaborative partnerships. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring seamless product availability, efficient logistics, and continuous improvement across the supply chain network.

• Scorecard Delivery and Performance Management: Responsible to deliver all Supply Chain KPIs such as Sell-in and Sell-out OTIF, SFA/SFB, Inventory level (DIO), Cost Savings and Budget.
• Supply Chain Optimization: Develop and implement strategies and projects to enhance service, cost, cash, and reliability, identifying value-add projects to drive continuous improvement.
o Manage all aspects of Inventory Management and Control including inventory level, safety stocks, lead times, and replenishment strategies, ensuring availability of the right products at the right time and place to support commercial objectives.
• Cross-Functional Leadership and Customer Collaboration: Strengthen relationships through proactive engagement with internal and external customers, serving as the primary supply chain contact. Communicate supply disruptions, lead integration efforts, and align internal teams across logistics, planning, and commercial functions. Ensure seamless execution of supply chain initiatives.
• Regulatory, Quality and Compliance Standards: Ensure compliance with Haleon’s code of conduct and policies, Quality, EHS, and Regulatory standards, and uphold ethical business practices.
• Risk Management and Contingency Planning: Identify potential supply chain disruptions, develop and implement mitigation strategies, and communicate effectively with stakeholders to minimize impact.
• Audit and Year-end Management: Support annual physical inventory counts and audit requirements, ensuring accuracy and adherence to financial reporting standards.

Basic Qualifications:

We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:

Successful completion of relevant tertiary qualification in Supply Chain Management / Engineering / Economics / Business Management or related fields
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Supply Chain Management with knowledge in Project Management, Supply Chain Planning and Customer Service & Logistics functions
Experience in SAP system is required

Preferred Qualifications:

If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:

Experience in supply chain, logistics, supply management, demand management, and operational management
Proven expertise in supply chain KPIs and inventory management
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with excellent attention to detail
Exceptional stakeholder management and customer engagement skills, with a proven ability to influence, align, and drive collaboration across cross-functional teams and senior leadership
Experience in Collaborative Planning, Forecasting, and Replenishment (CPFR) methodologies
Proficiency in supply chain software, ERP systems, and data analytics tools (such as SAP, PowerBI, etc)
Ability to lead large-scale supply chain projects and drive continuous improvement
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, adapt to challenges, and implement innovative solutions
Ability to be proactive in leading and managing information and data from the supply chain organization
