About the role

You’ll have strong connection with Sales, Finance, Production, Supply Chain, Marketing and Customer Service.

Your responsibilities
Develop demand forecasts as basis for supply chain activities for entire organization using tools JDE, SNP
Establish and manage enterprise consensus forecasts for assigned brands and business units at stock-keeping-unit (SKU) level
Lead monthly demand planning and S&OP meetings with Trade Marketing and MKT
Data analysis, gap analysis and creation of monthly / bi-monthly report
Effectively communicate and explain about new methodologies
Managing shortage alerts and allocations
The experience we're looking for
University degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics or Similar-Mandatory.
At least 3-4 years of working experience in a similar position, preferably in FMCG /Pharma sector
Strong communication skills and assertiveness
Challenging mindset and easy to adapt to continuous change
A critical thinker with an eye for continuous improvement
Advanced Excel skills, knowledge in SAP-APO is a plus
Data-driven approach
Fluent in English
