BI Team Lead

Right now, we're looking for a BI Team Lead to join our team in TLV!

You will work with leaders and stakeholders across Vulcan's organization to develop and deliver comprehensive analytics solutions that drive business insights and decisions. As the subject matter expert, you'll create interactive visualizations and automated reports to support shared business objectives.

Requirements:

What You’ll Do:

Translate business requirements into technical specifications.
Take ownership of the development and maintenance of our ETL processes, Data Warehouse and BI platform.
Ensure data integrity and Code quality within our BI products.
Set team objectives and track progress.
Coach and mentor data and QA engineers.
Provide technical assistance to end-users and development staff as needed.

What You’ll Need:

4+ years of development experience with BI
Experience with leading BI teams and\or building BI teams - Advantage
Knowledge of Orchestration tools and pipelines management
Knowledge of relational databases, ETL, data warehouses, and analytics
Knowledge of BI tools, concepts, and architecture
Experience with source control systems (TFS, Git, or other)
Self-motivated and self-directed
Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
Goal-oriented, organized team player
Excellent interpersonal relationship skills
English verbal and written communication skills
