We are a remote-first company, Headquartered in NYC with Engineering teams in Israel and Europe, we're expanding rapidly and seeking a visionary Vice President of Engineering to lead our talented team.

Position Overview:

As the Vice President of Engineering, you'll spearhead our technological vision, driving the development of scalable, reliable SaaS solutions. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you'll ensure our platform remains at the forefront of innovation. This role requires a strong background in software engineering and SaaS methodologies. Experience in large companies is highly desirable.

Responsibilities:

Lead the engineering team in aligning technical initiatives with business objectives.
Drive the development of cutting-edge SaaS solutions, focusing on scalability and reliability.
Foster a culture of innovation,collaboration and excellence within the engineering organization.
Collaborate with product management to translate requirements into actionable plans.
Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and professional development of engineering talent.
Establish best practices for software development, deployment, and monitoring.
Ensure compliance with security, privacy, and regulatory standards.

Requirements:

12+ years of progressive experience in software engineering, with a focus on SaaS platforms.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field; advanced degree preferred.
Strong understanding of development practices and cloud-native architectures.
Knowledge of machine learning concepts and their practical applications.
Prior leadership experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts effectively.
Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for driving innovation.
