תיאור משרה:אחריות על מימוש תוכנית העבודה השנתית של המצוינות במפעלאחריות על הטמעת תרבות ה- Lean (ניהול השינוי ,כלים ומתודולוגיה ) במפעל בשיתוף מנהל המפעל/ מטה המפעליישום שגרות מפעליות ע"פ הסטנדרט שיוגדר בתפעולהטעמת כלים חדשים וירחיב שימוש בכלים קיימים ע"פ מתווה ה- OPEXאחריות על מעקב, איתור וטיפול בצווארי בקבוק בייצור (יוציא אל הפועל VSM , קייזנים ע"פ צרכי המפעל )ניהול מעקב ובקרה לזיהוי גורמי בזבוז שפוגעים בעלויות CPUהובלת פרוייקטי התייעלות ושיפור פריון במפעל CPU, CRאחריות על ה- KPI המפעלי (כולל מדדי הטמעת Lean)ניהול והובלת תהליכי למידה ויצירת סטנדרטיםPOC וניהול משימות מול מטה OPEXאחריות על תקנון המפעל – תקנון ותיקוף תקנים באופן תקופתישותפות על ה- Layout המפעלי, כניסת מכונות חדשותאחריות על ניהול מערכת matic (MES)אחריות על "שותפים להישגים"כפיפות למנהל המפעלאחריות:-תואר בהנדסת תעשייה וניהול/ מערכות מידע- חובה-ניסיון של שנתיים כמהנדס Opex בתעשייה- יתרון משמעותישליטה גבוהה ב-office בדגש על אקסל.Responsibilities (English):Responsibility for the implementation of the plant’s annual Operational Excellence work planResponsibility for embedding a Lean culture (change management, tools, and methodology) in the plant, in collaboration with the Plant Manager / corporate headquartersImplementation of plant routines in accordance with the operational standards definedIntroduction of new tools and expansion of the use of existing tools according to the OPEX frameworkResponsibility for monitoring, identifying, and addressing production bottlenecks (including execution of VSM and Kaizen activities according to plant needs)Management of monitoring and control processes to identify waste factors impacting CPU costsLeading efficiency improvement and productivity enhancement projects in the plant (CPU, CR)Responsibility for plant KPIs (including Lean implementation metrics)Management and leadership of learning processes and the creation of standardsActing as POC and managing tasks מול the OPEX headquartersResponsibility for plant staffing standards – definition and periodic validation of manpower standardsPartnership in plant layout planning and the introduction of new machineryResponsibility for managing the Matic (MES) systemResponsibility for the “Partners for Success” programReporting to the Plant ManagerQualifications (English):Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering and Management / Information Systems – requiredTwo years of experience as an Opex (Operational Excellence) Engineer in an industrial environment – a significant advantageHigh proficiency in Microsoft Office, with an emphasis on Excel
