We’re seeking a Technical Manager - GRC for a super-challenging project in one of Israel's leading Security companies.

This is a Full-Time position on Karmiel

Job description
Planning, implementation, and enforcement of cybersecurity policies in complex computer networks.
Guidance and implementation of the hardening process, drafting regulations according to defense requirements, standards, and industry best practices.
Working in coordination with IT, communication, and application teams.
Reviewing and adapting regulatory requirements for the organization.
Guidance and certification of the organization's compliance with information security standards.
Performing risk assessment surveys.
Gap analysis against various laws, regulations, and standards in the field of information security.
Drafting policies and procedures in the field of information security and their implementation.
Conducting comprehensive audits on information security matters.

Requirements

Experience in writing policies and procedures in the field of information systems and information security, and implementing them in the organization.
Experience in establishing, operating, and planning complex IT networks.
Experience in implementing cybersecurity tools in large IT networks, including (EDR, DLP, AV, WAF, FW, sandboxing systems, SIEM systems, TAPS, Privileged Access Management, vaults, etc.).
Full command of IT infrastructure in Windows/Linux environments including Active Directory, operating systems, server hardware, communication components, virtualization, and cybersecurity systems.
Mastery of communication systems including switches, routers, and firewalls.Knowledge of operating system hardening and communication equipment.
High-level English proficiency (reading and writing).
Certifications and relevant courses such as ISO Lead Auditor, CISO, CISSP, CISM, CISA - an advantage.
Management and leadership in compliance with information systems and information security standards such as ISO-27001, 357, SOX-ITGC, and PCI - an advantage.
Experience in scripting - an advantage.
