As a Business Development Representative, you will be a key member of our sales team, working closely with management to drive growth through outbound prospecting. This role requires a proactive, results-driven approach to identifying and engaging potential clients. Join us today!

*Responsibilities*:
* Conduct market research and leverage data analysis tools to build and maintain
* targeted prospect lists.
* Generate new business leads through outbound channels, including cold calling, email,
* and LinkedIn.
* Craft personalized outreach strategies to engage decision-makers effectively.
* Schedule and qualify high-value meetings for the sales team.
* Manage and execute multi-step campaigns using HubSpot and other lead-generation
* tools.
* Maintain accurate lead records and track engagement within the CRM.

*Requirements*:
* Native or near-native English proficiency – mandatory
* Experience with HubSpot and other lead-gen tools -mandatory
* Experience in the US market. Willingness to work US hours.
* 1-3 years of sales and lead generation experience.
* Strong time management and prioritization skills to manage a rapidly growing pipeline.
* Self-motivated and result-oriented, thriving in a fast-paced startup environment.
* Prior experience in fintech/Insurtech sales - a significant advantage
