Fetcherr is seeking a Chief of Staff to serve as the CEO’s right hand and drive strategic execution across the company. In this high-impact role, you will join key executive meetings, absorb context, and connect the dots between our vision and day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate has strong analytical and market mapping abilities, a structured strategic mindset, and the business intuition to identify gaps between vision and execution. We’re looking for a proactive problem-solver who can listen, synthesize information, and make things happen in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the CEO’s right hand and strategic advisor in planning and decision-making, providing clarity and insight on business matters.
Attend executive meetings alongside the CEO, prepare concise meeting summaries, and ensure follow-through on all action items and decisions.
Connect the dots between the CEO’s vision and day-to-day operations, identifying gaps and aligning teams with the company’s strategic goals.
Build and maintain dashboards to monitor company and departmental performance against goals, providing actionable insights to leadership.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform strategic planning and support data-driven decision-making.
Drive cross-functional initiatives and special projects from concept through execution, removing roadblocks and ensuring timely delivery of results.
Facilitate clear communication and collaboration among departments to execute the CEO’s priorities, ensuring everyone is aligned and informed.
About The Position

You’ll be a great fit if you have:

4–6 years of relevant experience in strategy, business operations, or project management roles, preferably in tech or high-growth environments.
Strong analytical skills and business acumen, with the ability to interpret data and map market trends to guide strategic decisions.
Structured strategic thinking, able to quickly understand complex business challenges and develop clear action plans.
Excellent communication skills, including the ability to listen actively, synthesize information, and convey insights clearly to stakeholders at all levels.

Proven track record of execution – you can drive projects from concept to completion with a hands-on, “make things happen” approach.
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, able to manage multiple priorities and ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
Adaptability and resilience to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, maintaining clarity and effectiveness under pressure.
High level of integrity and discretion, with the professionalism to handle confidential information and act as a trusted advisor to the CEO.
