Computer Technician

· Provide technical support and ongoing assistance to users and various systems.
· Manage and support printers and peripheral devices.
· Handle the installation and integration of hardware, networks, and software within the organization.

Requirements:

· A minimum of two years' experience as a Computer and Network Technician.
· Demonstrated experience working within large organizations.
· Skilled in installation and infrastructure setup in industrial environments.
· Practical experience in supporting users and workstations within a Windows/Office setup.
· Strong knowledge of operating systems - Advantage
· Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft: MCSA / MCSE) - Advantage.
· Hands-on experience with various communication equipment, such as switches - Advantage.
· Service-oriented with a customer-first mindset.
· Able to thrive in high-pressure and fast-paced work environments.
· Creative, proactive, and self-driven.
· Strong self-learning ability.
· Proficient in troubleshooting communication network issues and computer systems.
· A collaborative team player.
