We are looking for an experienced Import Coordinator with a deep understanding of import processes for sensitive materials (biological and chemical), to work in a dynamic and multi-interface environment. The role includes full responsibility for the import process – from order to goods receipt, while meeting regulatory requirements, working with suppliers, shipping companies, and customs brokers.

Main Responsibilities:
Managing the end-to-end import process: orders, shipment tracking, customs clearance, and receipt.
Regular work with foreign suppliers, shipping companies (including special shipments – dry ice, live cells, etc.).
Checking purchase requests, approving exceptions, updating alternative suppliers.
Providing professional response to customer service and sales personnel regarding shipments.
Updating and maintaining data in ERP systems (such as SAP).
Opening tickets with internal departments (IT, QA, Sales).
Monitoring shipping costs, price quotes, and tracking deviations.
Job Requirements:
At least 3 years of experience in a similar role – mandatory.
Experience in importing biological/chemical materials – significant advantage.
Familiarity with regulations in the pharma/biotech field – advantage.
Full proficiency in English (speaking, reading, writing) – mandatory.
Proficiency in Office software and ERP systems (SAP or similar) – mandatory.
Ability to work independently, organization skills, attention to detail.
High service awareness and ability to work in a team.
