We are looking for a bright and passionate Cloud Native Application Security Team Leader.
In this critical role, you will lead the design, development, and delivery of Imperva AppSec cutting-edge security solutions for cloud native applications running in Containers, K8S. This is your opportunity to influence and join the market-leader company in the WAF world – don’t miss it!

Requirements:

At least 3 years of experience as a team leader of 3+ software engineers.
At least 6 years of experience as a hands-on software developer of a large-scale network or security solution in C/C++/GO.
Proven Software Design and architecture experience.
In-depth knowledge of network protocols such as: TCP/IP, HTTP, as well as TLS.
Experience in developing performance oriented applications.
Knowledge and experience with WAF solutions – a strong advantage.
Experience in developing frequently released production code in a short cycled CI-CD environment – a strong advantage.
Bsc/M.Sc. in Computer Science or equivalent - an advantage.
A team player with excellent collaboration, communication, and self-learning skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Leading and mentoring a team of 5 engineers.
Lead the design, development, and delivery of new features.
Research new technologies and adapt them for use in Imperva’s WAF solutions.
Own your code - be the last line of support cases and handle production issues when necessary.
