Summary of role and team::

You will play an important role in steering procurement excellence tailored to our Israel operations. Your primary responsibilities will include the procurement of materials and services essential for local R&D, product development and production. You will work closely with our R&D and technology transfer teams, providing procurement support to manage agreed-upon projects aligned with our company objectives.

Your day-to-day:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and understand procurement requirements for local product manufacturing, product development and R&D projects.
Implement agreed procurement processes, ensuring alignment with company policies and industry regulations.
Participate and represent procurement in agreed business implementation-and improvement projects.
Focus on strategic sourcing of direct materials and services, negotiating favorable terms with suppliers.
Support R&D and technology transfer teams in managing projects, ensuring business objectives are met.
Identify and implement relevant cost-saving opportunities without compromising product quality and compliance standards.
Evaluate supplier performance and provide insights for continuous improvement.

The Ideal candidate:

Must-Have:

Fluency in English & Hebrew
A bachelor's degree in business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
Experience in procurement or supply chain roles, ideally within the dynamic landscape of food production (CPG/FMCG).
An innate understanding of procurement best practices.
Excellent negotiation and communication, demonstrating a knack for staying ahead in a fast-paced environment.
A passion to solve problems and find solutions to add value.
