Manufacturing Logistics Lead

We are looking for a Manufacturing Logistics and Supply Chain Lead to manage our shipment, distribution, and warehouses.

Key Responsibilities

Shipping & Transportation - coordinate, and track all inbound and outbound shipments (air, sea, and land), while ensuring a timely and cost-effective delivery in accordance with project timelines.
Customs & Compliance - Coordinate customs clearance processes and ensure compliance with import/export regulations. Maintain accurate documentation and ensure adherence to all local and international trade regulations.
Inventory & Warehouse Control - Oversee receiving, storage, and dispatching of goods. Implement efficient systems for material tracking and reporting, and accurate records of stock.
Risk & Cost Management - Optimize logistics routes and methods to minimize costs, while identifying and mitigating risks. Support budgeting and cost control for logistics operations.
Documentation & Reporting - Maintain up-to-date shipment logs and documentation and prepare regular logistics status reports and dashboards.

Requirements

5+ years of hands-on experience in global logistics operations or a related field
Fluent in spoken and written English
Proficiency in ERP and inventory management systems (NetSuite - an advantage)
Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a problem-solving mindset
A team player with a proactive, results-driven attitude
