Job Description

As a Business Operations Manager in DevPlatform, you’ll be joining a team that provides developers with the tools and environment they need to grow, innovate and build products that empower millions of users worldwide. You'll play a pivotal role in streamlining processes and enhancing collaboration across diverse groups. In your day-to-day, you will:

Lead uniform processes and foster connections between different groups

Identify problematic domains and implement effective solutions

Develop a comprehensive understanding of the products within the groups

Navigate and manage change effectively, minimizing resistance and maximizing acceptance

Collaborate proactively with other Wix groups, ensuring seamless integration and communication

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in business operations or a related field

Proficiency with project management tools such as JIRA and Monday, including creating automations

Technical understanding of development processes

Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence people

Creative problem-solving abilities, with a knack for developing innovative solutions

Comfortable dealing with ambiguity and the unknown

Fluent in English, with excellent communication skills

We aim to ensure operational excellence, rethink existing processes, improve dev velocity, and ensure projects run smoothly.
