We’re looking for a growth marketing leader to architect and execute our complete inbound engine—from first touch to qualified pipeline—driving predictable, scalable growth through data-obsessed optimization and creative excellence. This role demands a rare combination: a strategic thinker who can build the roadmap, a hands-on operator who thrives in the metrics, and an inspiring leader who elevates a cross-functional team spanning paid acquisition, content, design, and social media to deliver breakthrough results.
Responsibilities
Architect and execute our complete inbound strategy from first touch to MQL across paid acquisition, content, SEO, social, design, and website optimization.
Build scalable systems that turn marketing spend into predictable pipeline.
Foster a culture where data drives decisions, experimentation is constant, and performance improvement is relentless.
Partner with Product Marketing to align campaigns with product positioning and MSP buyer needs.
Collaborate with Sales and RevOps to optimize MQL definitions, lead handoff, and track through closed-won.
Deliver clear, actionable insights to the CMO and executive team with recommendations that drive results.
Manage budget strategically, allocating resources to highest-impact initiatives.
Requirements
10+ years in B2B marketing with 5+ years leading high-performing teams.
Proven success building and scaling inbound programs that deliver measurable pipeline and revenue growth.
Track record of managing multi-channel campaigns (paid search, paid social, content, SEO) with strong ROI.
Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional partners (Sales, Product Marketing, RevOps).
Deep expertise in paid acquisition strategy and optimization across Google Ads, LinkedIn, Facebook/Meta.
Proficiency with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot preferred), CRM systems (Salesforce), and analytics tools.
Advanced analytical skills—you live in dashboards, love A/B testing, and make decisions based on data, not gut feel.
Experience managing a yearly marketing budget with clear ROI accountability.
B2B SaaS or cybersecurity experience strongly preferred.
