As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for:

Leading all aspects of product development including: new product design, software development oversight and developing product roadmap/milestones.
Oversight and management of all existing products to ensure they are flexible and sufficient to support a rapidly growing business.
Managing Go-To-Market efforts to ensure on-time delivery of each product and its ongoing adoption in the markets.
Setting strategy for direction of products to sustain aggressive month-on-month growth in this fast-growing business unit.
Defining the product lifecycle process and product roadmap for the short and long-term (which will always be current), and share it with the relevant teams

Requirements

Strong technical background
At least 5 years experience in a Product Manager role and working closely with engineering in a matrix environment
Superior analytical and problem-solving skills, with demonstrated intellectual and analytical rigor, including the ability to interpret data and translate findings into strategic insights and actionable recommendations and solutions
Be an expert on the state of the market and trends
Extensive knowledge of the payments industry, card acquiring is strongly preferred.
Self-motivated and independent
Highly effective oral, written and interpersonal skills
Resilience, flexibility and adaptability to changes in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
