Talent Acquisition Specialist

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Nagish you will play a central role in shaping our team and culture. You will source, attract, and hire exceptional talent that reflects our company’s values and goals. You’ll operate the end-to-end recruitment process, build and maintain a robust talent pipeline, and ensure an outstanding candidate experience from start to finish.

On a day to day, you will:

Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline through various sourcing strategies
Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screenings to identify qualified candidates.
Operate the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
Coordinate interviews and ensure a positive candidate experience.
Keep up timely feedback to candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role
Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and sourcing strategies.
Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and sourcing tools (LinkedIn, Comeet, Gem, etc.).
Highly motivated with a strong work ethic
Detail-oriented, committed to quality and excellence
Strong social skills and ability to build relationships and collaborate with various teams.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Hebrew and English.
