4+ years of experience in analyzing and designing complex enterprise systems
Proven track record in writing detailed user stories and technical specifications
Expert knowledge of Salesforce platforms, specifically Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
Strong experience in integration design and implementation
Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications

Key Responsibilities:

Lead requirement gathering sessions and stakeholder interviews
Create comprehensive system specifications and user stories
Design and document complex system integrations
Analyze business processes and propose optimal technical solutions
Collaborate with development teams to ensure accurate implementation
Manage stakeholder expectations and handle objections effectively
